e-commerce website. - By Fax: 631-862-1795 . . . Just fax us all the information that is in (By Telephone) and we will confirm your order.
- By Mail: If you would like to send your order by mail. Please include all the required product information, ie: Product, Title, Price, etc. We will process your order the day it arrives. We do accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express). Please note, if a personal check is sent your order will be shipped after the check has cleared with our bank.
- By E-Mail: You may email us your order. Please include all information that is in the (By Telephone) category above. We will e-mail you back to confirm receipt of your order.
At Perfect Diet 4U, we are dedicated to providing you with some of the most cutting edge, high quality products. We are constantly searching for products that will help improve quality of life. We review data and often consult with various health practitioners before taking on any new line of product. We then try the products ourselves. Once we are satisfied with the quality of a product we will then list it on our website. If there is a product line that you would like to see offered on our site please let us know and we will be glad to look into it for you.
- Returns and refunds will be accepted within 30 days of delivery date. Any and All returns must be unopened and factory sealed.
- There is a 15% restocking and handling fee for all returns.
- No returns will be credited after the 30 day grace period.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- There will be NO returns or exchanges on any Organic Bedding Products or Pillows or other Bedding products.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We use the US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. Shipping charges apply to orders made within the same product line and charged to your credit card at a minimum rate of $8.50 for USPS or UPS shipments within the continental States: $14.95 minimum shipping charge for shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. For orders not within the same product line, additional $8.50 charges will appear on your credit card. For multiple product purchases, products may be shipped from different locations and arrive in separate packages. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery, depending on availability, destination and method of shipping.
Request for faster delivery and products requiring refrigeration will be shipped 2nd day air or next day. Refrigerated products can only be shipped Monday to Wednesday. Shipping rates will be higher for 2nd day and next day air and will be charged to your credit card accordingly.
If actual shipping charges exceed our minimum charge as noted above, the difference will be charged to credit card. This applies to ground, 2nd day air and next day air. Actual shipping charges depend on weight of package and final destination of the package. We can only estimate the shipping charges at the time of checkout. If additional charges are warranted, you will notified by email.
Orders placed prior to 3:00 pm are processed on the same day; orders placed after 3:00 do not process until the next business day. All orders received on Friday to Sunday will not be processed until the next business day and will be shipped within 24 hours.
